Hello,
Does anybody know the difference between the seals on the unbranded black reserve notes ? One is red and the other says private reserve?

Jackson had to print 2500 sheets of this deck, which was the minimum even for unbranded cards from USPCC at the time.
He did 1000 regular "unbranded reserve note" decks, almost certainly 1000 uncut sheets and a Private Reserve (never intended for sale) of around 500 decks, and a few of those have gotten into the retail / resale market. They were intended to be used for promotional and private / personal use.
The PR decks that I have and most I have seen are unnumbered, but I have seen a numbered one also - as I recall the number was 009
As far as I know, the exact number of uncuts and PR decks was not published, so it could easily be another split like 1200 uncut & 300 PR decks.

Cool thanks I appreciate the response! Ya I think the ones without the numbers look cooler in my opinion, but I seen the numbered ones with the holographic seal sell for cheaper and sometimes more than the ones without the numbered seal? So I was just curious of the difference. I tried to Google it but couldn't find anything so this is a huge help.
Thanks again.

There is also the overrun decks (cheap on ebay) which was not PR or LE.
