Hey guys, i have a problem with the "Deck Flip" move...
when i do the move the deck flips 360° without a problem but the bottom card just flies off every time no matter how hard i try.
Any tips on that?

Re: Deck Flip
heavier stocked cards that have been broken in work best for me. ohio printed decks for example.
and one thing is that you may be gripping it a little tight before you flip which when you go to flip it, can cause one card to partly stick your hand causing it to fly off the deck.
so try to do the deck flip with a slightly lighter touch.
also the direction you are flipping the deck can have an effect on it.
if you are holding the deck in left hand mechanics the flip that i like, that looks best in my opinion, is for the deck to flip to the left. the same that is used in molecule 2
i noticed if you flip to the right, the card tends to shoot off more.
for a long time i didn't understand why my deck flip in molecule 2 didn't look right, until i noticed i was flipping in the wrong direction.
hope that helps

Re: Deck Flip
thank you for the tips i still can't do it right but i think that if i change the position of my index finger more to the edge of the deck it could work out.
also i used the tutorial on the trilogy by D&D to learn it so i know the technique to flip it the right way it's just the move itself that causes me problems.

Re: Deck Flip
I had the same problem when I started learning it
Tips:
1) Use the tip of your nail of your index finger to minimize friction
2) Try to twist your wrist to flip the deck using momentum instead of using the power of flicking your index finger
3) Practice
Good Luck
