All KNOWN missing decks have been re-added to the database.
It's probably simplest to browse your list view, just click the related buttons from your profile page (or manually add '/list/alphabetical' after your user ID in the URL, for example here is mine -

Once there just quickly scan your entire list, loading more decks as needed from the button on the bottom, to see if you have any listings totally missing any image. This is the best indication you have a deck in your collection that was removed. You'll need to search for that deck again and re-add it. Here is a screenshot of what to look for, note the missing images and how the titles are also moved to the left (an entry without a deck scan will still have an empty slot and the titles in the proper position in this view).

Again, browsing your list is the easiest way to detect if you need to re-add to your collection, but here's the full list of decks that were re-added to the database:
