I would imagine that they are subsidising larger orders, $9 won't be the true shipping price for any size order- perhaps the 100-300g size.

I was pleased to see this even though I'm not an international customer. Strides in the right direction though! What i would LOVE to see E and all the other retailers do is set up some sort of a layaway program! That way the people (like me) who don't care how quickly they get their cards can buy some or a bunch at a time then pay one lump sum to ship, like a small flat-rate or something. I would certainly buy more cards if that type of program existed. It would also be good to take advantage of various short-term sales and discounts.
