Legend Playing Card Company - Missing order

Anyone experience missing order before?

Because I am missing 2x - Tough luck deck in my order out of 7 decks (5 different ones)

I send a ticket? / emailed them via their website already state above and have video / picture proof (didn't submit this yet)



Just want to know what to expect from LPCC, since it is my 2nd time ordering and already stuff are missing :(

Errors can happen any time, we are all human. Retailers who care like Legends will do their best to avoid errors, but even the best make mistakes. I'm sure they will ensure you're happy, after all it wouldn't be in their best interests not to would it.

Legends has great customer service! If you have already written to them, you shouldn't have to worry about it...just wait a day or so and they should respond...I am pretty sure that they will take care of your issue. :D

Double check you order messages. I ordered about 8 decks from them, two of which were the Tough Luck deck. I got a message saying the Tough Luck decks were shipped separately (from the U.S.), whereas everything else was coming from Taiwan. I've already received the Tough Luck decks, still waiting on the other 6.

I got my Tough Luck deck from Gamblers Warehouse, however I do not know if Legends is using them only, or because I live in Texas and they're relatively close to where I am. In short, they may be using local retailers to ship those out in the US.

I'm still waiting on the rest of my order, which I'm fine with - the Lunar New Year definitely will slow things down.

@Paul - I know humans make errors, but wish it wasn't that soon XD (one could only hope)

@flyers3003 - Hope mine too was shipped separately too and I triple check everything I buy, but mine was shipped together according to the email...till then gotta wait for their email
All of the items from order #XXXX have now been shipped:

1x V2 LUXX® Shadow Edition - 2 decks w/ holographic seals (1 gold, 1 silver)
2x ONIDA - 1 deck
2x TOUGH LUCK - 1 deck
1x MEMENTO SHADOW - 1 deck

They are being shipped via Other to the following address:..................
@jaytayo - Didnt receive any email about Gambler Warehouse + won't make sense for my order since Taiwan to Singapore is easier...Hopefully the tough luck deck was separately send (like what flyer said too)

Like Flyers mentioned, I have had orders that were shipped from separate WHs...I received a notice like yours that they all shipped but a few came from Taiwan one week after my order and the other one came a couple days later from the US (forgot from where).

Hawk199,

I can vouch for their professionalism when dealing with problems. On one occasion they forgot to send me part of my order and after contacting them they shipped out the missing decks without problems. Also had an instance where part of my order was also shipped from US by Gamblers though for some reason the decks never arrived so they sent out a replacement package as soon as I mentioned that the decks didn't arrive. The one thing they do lack on is the time it takes for them to reply. Sometimes it's worth just dropping them another message after a few days of silence.

As for the Tough Luck decks, they are all shipped from US by Gamblers, same as Legends of Rock decks.

The folks at Legends are great to deal with. And like others have reported, my Tough Luck decks shipped from Texas. My Longitude & Latitude decks shipped from Taiwan, as expected.

As far as dealing with Legends, I have to agree with others here that they are great. They've been known to throw in extra decks from time to time and have been very responsive with any emails.

Got an email from LPCC

they said like what you guys have been saying

Tough Luck deck is being shipped from US

I have no idea how they cover the cost of shipping, but okay :|, having two seperate shipping
