If I have my facts straight, they were made exclusively for a former Chinese headquarters chartered bank located in Shanghai. It seems to have been restored and converted to a high-end mall. I've only seen it on eBay from one seller on crack.

Not everyone on eBay selling extremely rare decks are on "crack" as you put it. Its sad to see people like you continually complain when your not able to can't get your hands on rare items because someone posts items that "they" know are extremely difficult to get. If someone is willing to pay $200-$500 a deck then that's their issue and the buyers issue. Who are you to complain. If you want the rare decks, save your money and purchase it.

It'd be like if PrincessTrouble were to post these decks on eBay at $8-$10/deck not knowing what they truly had they'd be gone in a heart beat and I bet you'd still make a comment about how stupid the person was for selling a deck for next-to-nothing, unless you were the one that snagged them up.

Seriously? Talisman was clearly simply expressing how rare these decks are - not complaining that he cant get his hands on them. It was an expression of congratulations - a pat on the back.

If you take the time to look around you'll see a long running topic about "Ebay sellers on Crack" that point out crazy and unrealistic sales - he was referencing that rather than throwing insults around.

I strongly suggest that you take the time to get to know the site and the people before you take the plunge jumping down people's throats.

It's fine to misunderstand and say that the market defines the cost and people's demand define the market - what is not ok is to start throwing personal attacks.
