Looks too plain without Jaws written on it. It could do well on it's own unbranded but we all know people love Bikes!

Some are even said to be fanatics about them....

Cards go in the box. You go in the box. Shark's in the box. Our shark.
Farewell and adieu to you, fair Spanish ladies. Farewell and adieu, you ladies of Spain. For we've received orders for to sail back to Boston. And so nevermore shall we see you again.

How about delivering one before starting the next?

Victor- we're not launching this until Feudal is complete (which is almost done). Our business model is to try to have one in production, and one on KS. Full Moon will go into production this week, and once Feudal is done, we're launching Jaws.

Well ok, still would be nice if Full Moon was done before this one, don't see the need to rush into the next one.

Victor this is common practice with many KS creators. You even have promotions in your tagline for Collectable Playing Cards, and PLayingCards.net(Gambler's) who both do this all the time. Actually, they both have MULTIPLE KS accounts that have multiple KS campaigns in different stages. Why are you not complaining to them?

I don't agree with them doing it either however at least they have their decks in production before launching more.

Victor- I just said in my last post that we weren't launching until Full Moon is in production, and Feudal is done fulfillment. It's LITERALLY the same thing....

Darn, Vic. Like Jay said, Collectible PC almost always has had multiple decks even ON KS at one time, and so does Gambler's Warehouse at least have another one funding before they deliver the previous deck.

Everyone has delays because of the vendors these days. Sounds like dog with a bone here...

I don't hear you complaining when Jackson does it, what's the difference?

As opposed to a mini deck add-on it would be funny to me if there was an over-sized deck add-on. That could open up a very comical segue to magicians during a routine- "We're gonna need a bigger deck..."

"Our 40 Years of Fear Special Edition deck is the first of its kind with a 360 degree die cut tuck box designed to look like a shark’s deadly bite, with blood red card backs peeking through."

Very cool

And surprisingly still LOTS of early birds left and not funded yet, I wonder why. Also seems like this special tuck case isn't overly popular. Is the tuck actually missing a corner or does it just look like it?

I guess it is missing a corner (die cut), and "red as blood cards" show, but it never says why those cards are red. Different deck? Different back? Also, it is quite expensive.

My guess would be they just put one ad card on each side of the deck and colored it red at least on that corner. But there's still the side of the deck that would be white since they're not using colored stock (see the thread in the General Section about that).

While I love Jaws, and it's one of the main reasons people on my generation are more wary of the oceans, I'm just not feeling the deck. I've starred it however, so may jump on towards the end. We'll see.

Apparently a lot of people are not feeling the deck nor the special tuck. Usually early birds disappear within the first day or hours, this still has plenty left. Still has plenty of time left but it's just not doing well. Apparently they have burned some customers as well, particularly in Spain, with previous projects, that doesn't help.

Damn, didn't know about that. Can you tell me a bit more about the Spanish bit? (that's where I am from). Thanks!

Apparently Victor likes to talk out his ass, particularly on the internet, he doesn't help.

Man.. I have no idea why you're not banned yet.

If this deck is officially licensed, why is there nothing at all on the deck that says "Jaws"?

It's just odd to me.

I'm only stating what I see on the project page and what I was told from a backer in Spain on FB.

BUMP!

3 days to go and less than $800 needed to reach the goal line.

Let's help Scott get this project funded by spreading the word!

Have you any idea how hard it is to train a shark to bite just the corner of the box off???? :?:
