Hey guys!
So this year a new deck will definitly be created and printed from me. However, I think I needed to start on something new. I was getting such a designer block from both my Lucent deck and the galvanic follow up deck.
After living in my first appartment for about 8 months now Ive been active and having fun that I wanted to show that in a new deck.
What came to mind? PAINTBALL!! I love the sport and have beeb playing it a lot more now with my girlfriend. I think itll be a great deck to bring to the market.
Here is the back design and would love some input!
Thanks!!

Just Finished the Ace of Spades! Each single pip card will be setup as targets. The logo and copyright info will be added just before print.

Also here is the logo. Im hoping to finish all of my designs by the end of the month if not by the middle of July. The court cards will be the standard courts cards we are all used to but they will be dressed up to play: masks, guns, gear, pods, grenades etc.
Really excited about this project!!

I always get a bit sad when I see a well-designed deck with a theme I don't really have a relation to. Still, it's nice to see your work, Sean

I agree, never paintballed in my life. But I will definitely pledge for this regardless. Glad you're designing again, Sean!

I am very excited for the courts. They will be set up as teams with masks, guns, grenades and paintball uniforms. All standard courts but dressed up and ready for action.

Is it just me, or does your friend seem to have gotten the top of his head blown off?
Also, the latest cards have been coming off a little muted compared to the joker. Personally I would prefer the intensity of the joker.
And third, will orange and grayscale be the primary color scheme?

haha thats the game. Anything could happen. Actually funny story, last time we played we had the whole arena to ourselves (only 4 people) so we played headshots only. Made the game last monger and well its fun shooting at your opponent's head lol

SeanWhelan - I would like to see your pip cards. It lets me know where you are going in this theme. And then I can give you a little advise if you need it...

Sean, I don't think your font choice fits "paintball". I think more of a san serif font, slab font when I think of paintball.

Sean - White flags of surrender? They need a bit a color. It also look like your indices can be a bit more up and left. Way to safe. Make the printer sweat...
