LOL! Loving the way you put it! Yeah it seems pretty much sucky on E as well. The products are without doubt really attractive but the tier and also the price just seems too far off. And it's a real sad case that Black Artifice can only be obtained at ONE pcs for joining the Black Club at $147. That's not something that everyone can afford.

This black friday was complete BS, I was so excited but every company blew the event and gave no good deals.

Regardless of the extras, you're still paying $147 for one deck of cards. If a deck of cards cost over $100, that is not more than 100 years old, it better be able to make me breakfast and wash my car.

Memberships and forcing people to buy certain amounts of stuff to obtain things just seems annoying. Setting a price and letting people buy if they want just is so much easier for everyone. Black artifice looks sweet, but considering the others in the series are like $8, $147 for access to it seems a lot.

CLub 808 was less than $20. I think that's more than fair considering they include a deck

This E promotion just pisses people off

In fairness, we are looking at it strictly from the playing card aspect and if you look at it just from that angle, it seems expensive. But when you consider the magic items you get, it may be worth it. It is hard for me to comment one way or the other since I am not a magician and the other items do not appeal to me at all.

There have been 5% and 10% off coupons consistently available. I think this, and the point system, is an attempt to try to rein that in.

You'd have to buy $2,940 worth of stuff to cover the $147 (at 5% savings).
