What is this card?

I'm not quite sure if this is the place for this, but I have this single card that I'd like to know about. Please let me know if you have any info.

Pretty sure I've seen this on Instagram before. One of them custom decks printed at MPC or similar.

Some quick google-foo found this very similar image (minus the background), but can't make out what it says totally.

The other side of the card is the 6 of hearts. Thanks for all your help!!

I think ecNate wanted a picture of the other side. A back image isn't always the easiest to go by (especially if it's super obscure like this one is panning out to be), but if the front of the card has custom pips it might be easier.

I am not too sure that this is going to do any help, becuase, it is just the standart MPC Pips
