It looks nice... Several thoughs come to my mind!
It has some Rick Davidson flavor to it, it also has Lorenzo boldness, but most likely it has nothing to do with them!

I think it's Giovanni. It's either Giovanni or Conturbia but I'm leaning more towards Giovanni.

My two pennies for Rick Davidson's hands.

Scratch that. It's definitely Giovanni. The flower, the hand style, the *ahem* cleavage, beauty mark, eye and head shape. Threw me off with the breast tattoo but I'm betting the house on Giovanni.

Totally Giovanni, but I can see the Rick Davidson Origns similarity. Looking forward to this one, love that club tattoo!

Definitely has some Rick Davidson flavor in it but it doesn't seem to be his style. Can't really say it's Giovanni for sure though. I guess time will tell for those out of the loop.

"O" for Origins II, my guess is this is Rick Davidson's follow-up to his award winning first deck.

I have to go with Rick Davidson as well. Does not look Giovanni at all to me. The flower and colors are why I'm leaning towards Rick.

I small Origins, too. And the timing is right.

Hard to tell. I know Rick and Jackson were experimenting with the classic half seals. I personally, would like the seals to have folds to look like the seals are part of the clothing. This QoC looks too (2 dimensional) for me. I would rather is look more 3-D-ish like in this example.
If you look at the first "Suicide King", check out the seals. I think some old cards hold some symbolism. The seals make it look like another hand. Maybe, the KoH is actually the "Murdered King" Maybe that was C. Hewsen's intention. This is no sword compared to the other Kings. That looks like a dagger. Assassins use daggers.


And maybe the Joker did it. I think all cards should look 3-D-ish. IMHO

Rick did state he was working on some new designs back on March 29th, but I'm with Eoghann and think it looks more like Giovanni than Rick's artwork. The hands and faces along with the vector style back design don't really elicit Mr. Davidson's style which has "softer" features on the courts and very meticulous work for the back design. Then again, there's so many folk out there, who's to say it has to be either of them? But I'd bet on Giovanni as well.

Well since everyone else is weighing in, I'll add my 2 cents. I have to say Rick Davidson for no other reason than the second I saw the pic my brain registered Origins. Not very scientific I know.
