so, I kept it hidden and stored for a while, since I was focusing on winter and autumn. Many might remember the experimental version during the Requiem campaign, with black back... and it was called Noctis.

With a massive line-up of playing cards being released by Stockholm17 in the recent months, space in Lorenzo's storage is currently at a premium and the decision was made to let these exquisite decks go.

Of the 10 decks printed, only 1 was ever used - the rest were held in reserve. These are never being reprinted.

No room for 10 decks huh... Smells like April 1 lol

It will be nice with silver and gold foil. I heard Lorenzo will make several till April 1st, 2016.

Wow look at this old thread, it sure would be cool if this deck were actually created someday.........

Sometimes I wish it were possible to get advanced notice about special projects that deck creators were working on, so that if somebody were working on a project like this it would be possible to see the work-in-progress as it was being developed. <cough, cough, Stockholm17's Patreon, cough, cough>

Gotta say, though, it certainly *would* be cool if this deck were to ever see the light of day. Like, very much so. <cough, cough, wink, cough, cough>

I got a brick of these and a brick of the orange frogs. With my patron discount it came out to $13.25 a deck. Great price especially compared to decks not nearly as nice costing quite a bit more.

I picked up three, since I was already getting 3 from Patreon - 6 seemed wise, without going overboard.

Then I went back and picked up another 6, and a brick of mixed frogs - because going overboard seemed wise.

I would say the old is certainly the top of the hill, but these ain’t hay.

I like the design of these, but I wish he used metallic inks instead of foil. The texture of the card stock he chooses doesn't really work all that well with foiling IMO. That was one of my complaints with Eye of the Ocean too.
