I have 4 different Anglos, all from 2009 (bought in Feb 2010), but only 2 of them say Poker on the box. 2 have 'Black Jack' on the top of the box as a deck or design name. I entered them in as Anglo Black Jack in the PCDB, but when I go to the Gycklaren site (source) they only list the Poker Edition09 by name, with what looks like the same backs as my Black Jack decks. Anyone know the twists and turns of this one? Were the Black Jacks a separate thing that has been sold out?

I contacted Gycklaren, and Gay Ljungberg got back to me very quickly with:

"You are right, in both your comments. The top of the box says "Anglo Poker Standard Index", but for a small test run, a box with the top text "Black Jack" was used. The "Black Jack" top text was by mistake copied from the Anglo Rug Deck series, which indeed have jumbo index (Black Jack)."

So it was actually a mistake from a small run of decks (making my decks rare ). I'll change the names on the two I entered under 'Black Jack" to Poker Edition09, as they should be.

Do misprints in playing cards usually sell for a lot of money?

No idea. I was having a bit of fun at the whole changes in tuck boxes making new editions thing

When did you get yours? I bought mine in January 2010. Perhaps they were from the same batch.
