Absinthe as a deck theme is something i would really like to have in my collection.
So far i remember Lotrek and Lance Miller had worked each on a Absinthe based deck...but radio silence.

I REALLY hope it's fully custom. But if it's like Boardwalk Papers I think I'd also be ok with it. Very interesting theme.

I too like the looks of this one.
I am very interested to find out which route they will take with this theme, Hopefully it will be very Dark and psychotic.

Yes, very nice looking. It is a stand alone deck or is it a super duper limited thing. If it's a regular deck I'm in. Very nice colors on that bad boy.

This i really like, although not quite a fan of the drink. The style here is superb!

I'm a fan of / regular drinker of absinthe. Looking forward to the deck.

All I can say is keep your eyes peeled, the next 2 weeks will have you guys going crazy. This is only one of 6 new decks coming out.

I had some absinthe when I lived in Vienna.. don't really remember much of the evening besides trying to get my girlfriend home while she was being very unladylike by puking every 30 seconds.

@Chach... Where do you get it?

Very interesting and promising. E has always been great with full customization of their courts and pips, so I'm glad to see E step up their game on the tuck box as well. Aside from the Sultan Republic deck, and possibly the v.1 Infinity deck, most of the rest of E's decks fall woefully behind T11 and the top KS decks as far as tuck design goes.

I hope 4 of the 6 decks aren't simply re-colors of existing decks....

I can assure all of you, nothing is a re-colour. All 6 decks are brand new and 190% fully customized, not a single thing has been used from previous decks.

I'll definitely get it! Looks very promising although I should be mad! This is one of the themes I wanted to work on. But as Magikfingerz said: We have hundreds of steampunk decks, we can live with 2-3 Absinthe decks

Sweet sweet back, really really nice. Now i cant wait to see the courts !

Now thats a really really intricate back design.
Dont think any of the current Ellusionist decks has that level of detail...

From the peeks so far, this definitely looks like one of the most interesting and design-forward decks we've seen published by the big guys in, well, years. I'm liking the look of this a lot on the whole. Its very refreshing to see something other than rehashed and recolored bordered backs and standard courts.
