I hate to critique, because I can't draw my way out of a paper bag, but somehow it seems to me that these KS projects are getting worse...

We really have been spoiled lately.

Way too expensive ($18 for non-EB deck) and even at $12 more than the art warrants imo. I feel like the courts could have done mid-century comic book style characters and been much more impressive.

Hmm, you sure do find 'em Badpete. :?

<looks for something positive to say...> I don't mind the jokers actually. Possibly not the most creative design out there, but if the font were fixed up I'd quite like those 2 cards....

"My eyes!! The goggles, they do nothing!"

My first thought, yep those colors sure do pop alright. Don't know if my eyes could take staring at those colors for a few hours of card playing.

Maybe because I'm a guy, but the Spades and Hearts pips look too much like, um, you know, on a girl... I guess I just have those on my mind...

Huh? Must be DeckStarter's next deck? I see that they have nothing for sale now for 3 days or more, must have exhausted their resources?

How could one forget such a vision? 8-)

This one, however - appears reminiscent of a bad trip - to DC, of course.

Wow, I thought I was the only one to see a ischial tuberosity resemblance in the pips!

This not a functional deck in any way shape or form. Notice he has the Ace index on the left side. He has different colored borders for his cards. That is a No, No. I'm surprised he made his bubble back with a border. He doesn't have a suit index for his indices. His joker is ok, but of course you can do whatever the @#$% you want to with the jokers. It's hard to screw them up. This is a perfect example of how not to do a deck of cards...
