Greetings from a Former Lurker

Hello all! I've been lurking in the background soaking up all the information on this site for quite a while but just had to come out of hiding to get the Venexiana Gold decks. I do plan to stick around and join the conversations...after which you might hope I return to lurker status. 
I've loved playing cards since I was a little girl being taught how to play Blackjack and Poker by my Grandfather. I collect custom decks and buy multiples so that I can save some but always have one to open up and enjoy the art. I'm fascinated by anyone with artistic talent since I possess none, and some of these decks are just amazing! I was thrilled to merge my card collecting hobby with a little vanity when my likeness became the Female Joker in the Steampunk Goggles deck. Naturally, I posed wearing my Grandfather's top hat in memory of our card playing days. Just don't tell the other 33rd Degree Masons I did. They probably wouldn't appreciate me wearing his hat for that purpose. But he would....
