I'm still getting orders every day, and decided to leave it up a few more days - until Thursday. I have to be fair to people who already paid, but that is a one week time period.

In order to get this exclusive pre-order, I had to agree to BRC terms which means NO MORE THAN TWO DECKS per person.

This pop-up form allows you to order either one or two decks of Black Rock Collective version 3 in the United States of Canada ONLY!

$56 for 1 v3 deck or $105 for 2 v3 decks in the 50 United States, territories, possessions or APO/FPO addresses
$61 (US) for 1 v3 deck in Canada by First Class with NO tracking, or $110 (US) for 2 v3 decks First Class (NO tracking!)
$70 (US) for 1 v3 deck in Canada with Priority International WITH Tracking, or $119 (US) for 2 v3 decks Priority International WITH Tracking

You can use it if you don't have a US of Canadian address, but any orders entered without US or Canadian address will be rejected (manually!).

Sher, I decided to leave it up until Thursday night so everyone expecting a paycheck can get an order in. I will order the decks purchased by that date and probably get a few extra just in case. Maybe just leave it up for another week and place a separate second order so everyone who has paid by Thursday night gets their decks on the schedule I already posted and give people a little more time, as well. I had no idea these would be so popular!

Because so many people have told me that I didn't give enough warning time between when I announced this and the day (last night) I planned to take it down, I am leaving it up for another couple of weeks, actually until Sunday, June 8th at midnight Hawai'ian time (5AM Eastern Monday, the 9th). Hopefully that will give everyone that needed to get their finances in order enough time to get in on these ("Black Rock Collective" v3" decks).

Of course I went ahead and paid for the 18 that were pre-ordered already, including 1 'spare' just in case. I paid for those yesterday late afternoon and the package is already on it's way. I expect that I will have them sometime next week, but international mail even from Britain takes its time. They will immediately by posted "Priority Mail" (2-to-3 day) to the 12 people that ordered them, and I will post a 'heads-up" here so everyone knows when to expect them.

On Monday the 9th, I will close the ordering page and order however many people want by that time, expect the same process to repeat itself. Those will be headed you way about the same time that they go on sale (I'm told June 15th) on the FunkRush.com website. Anyone that asked before how to order them if they weren't in North America - that's the answer that I got - they will be offered in the same fashion that the BRC v2 decks are right now. Note that if you search that site you will find the BRC v1 deck listed, but it's also marked "Sold Out" and I can't find anyone that still has even one for sale. Don't let that happen to you if you want their v2 deck. I'm told that later this year those v1 decks will be reprinted, and I will be able to offer them here when that happens.

If you like things like this, search for the post about "Goverdose" Collective's coming card deck, it's another Digital Art group based out of Poland and the head of the group has been to UC to talk about the project, they are taking pre-orders for their first Playing Card deck as well.

As far as I know it's a series of 1000 decks, but I don't have that in writing anywhere. I do know that they were printed by a company in New Zealand that is supposed to be famous for doing small batches of high quality card decks. Maybe Rick Davidson knows more? (about the printer, I mean)

Everyone that asked me to keep this page up has until Sunday night to get their orders in. At that point I'm going to take the ordering page down and order the rest of the decks that have been paid for. I received the second group of 15 decks (those that were ordered during the first week it was up) when I got home, so I will be packing them all up tomorrow when I get off work and they will all go out on Thursday for delivery between Monday and Wednesday depending on where you live. There were no Canadian orders, so everything is going out USPS "Priority" (2-to-3 day) mail.

I showed the decks last night in another thread, but as of this evening about an hour after I got home from work, I have 10 outbound packages with either 1 or 2 decks of the Black Rock Collective v3 in them. They all hit the postal service tomorrow and all of them show "2-day" Priority delivery, so I would expect that some will arrive on Saturday and the balance should be at your door if you ordered in the first group of people (by the 20th of May). I added the one Canadian order to this batch since I ordered one extra deck and that was the next person to order, and I found out something I didn't know: if you ship something and put insurance on it, it won't go "First Class", you HAVE to ship "Priority International" - which does have tracking, so everybody should have gotten notified within the past couple of hours that their shipment has been prepared for me to take them to the PO tomorrow:

No, I don't, but you can still get them on "FunkRush.com". just look for Black Rock Collective, should come up.

MNathan, according to what I read this morning looking at tracking, all US-based decks should have been delivered today with the exceptions of maybe Illinois, Massachusetts and California, and those were at the PO but might not get delivered until Monday. The one bound for Canada has to go through customs, and likely will take a few more days.

Cool! Just a reminder: tonight at midnight I will take the order form down and process the rest of the orders, expect them to ship in two weeks, just like before.

Everyone that ordered before has their decks as of yesterday, and that was my target - before the 10th. I will be hosting their v1 reprint here in a few months, but I don't have exact timing on that yet.

Anyone outside the US and Canada should inquire over at FunkRush.com about availability. I was told it would be online around the 15th. Hopefully I will have the remaining 5 or 6 orders submitted over the past two weeks to them by the end of the month, but I can't be certain. I ordered 19 the first time, only 5 or 6 this time. I will be getting one more myself, but that's it for these - here - anyway.

Pete has returned from his trip to Southeast Asia, and I just paid for the remaining 5 decks which were ordered over the past three weeks. Those should be shipped either later today or tomorrow from Great Britain and I will post them to the buyers as soon as the arrive.

The V2 & V3 are amazing. Can't wait for the V1 reprint. Are these plastic decks? they really feel different.
