Looks like a throwback to the first smoke and mirrors. And it says at the bottom of the teaser that its designed by Si Scott. That bodes well. Sure hope they put that design on the cards instead of just on the box. I never felt that decks like the V6 were at all cohesive because the design on the box had almost nothing in common with the plain back design.

Same here, it worked for me.

They said I'm subscribed . But I didn't receive any updates on that deck though...

So D&D say they are coming up with something "new" that no one has done before and it looks like part of it may be some kind of case (looks vaguely like an ammo box) along with a dog tag. Not sure how this relates to SM7 but I guess we'll find out.

For the first picture , indeed it looks like a metal box ... :O DND is getting really weird....

I am pretty sure that the folks over at CCC did the exact same thing with their Army Men deck.

So yeah D&D fail on the " no one" has done it.

So if these will be printed in the next few days, and then some amount of time for finishing, then 3 days or so to ship them across country, it's possible that these will be available for sale in early December. Assuming of course, that USPC gives them some priority, which seems likely.

With terms like "epic finale" and "most exceptional deck we've ever produced" these BETTER not just be the back we've seen for years. Man that would be disappointing.

My thoughts exactly. Though I'm not keeping my expectations high, that has never paid off in the past

So according to Dan and Dave in regards to the whole S&M series,

"We put our heart and soul into every detail and are extremely proud of them. With each new edition, we feel we’ve set a new standard."

Really? So from versions 4-6, simply putting your logo in the middle of polka dots and simply recoloring each new edition is setting a new standard? The only good thing I have to say about v.7 is that it appears they got back together with Si Scott so we won't get a black and white polka dot deck, but something closer to the first 3 versions (unless v.7 is another polka dot deck and the only thing different is a spiced up new box).

Buckle your seatbelts, we're going to get bombarded with a bunch of blurry or obscured photos in the near future.....
