We started out with the first "You Heard it Here First" post Monday when I created a "sticky" in the "New Cards" subforum for Ivan of Kardify Analytics, and followed up yesterday with another one for Max of MaxPlayingCards.com, and also teased another "YHiHF" announcement from Linnea & Peter of Uusi in regards to their "Deck #5" announcement coming in about 10 days or so, and that trend will continue with yet another announcement here in the next day or two - in keeping with the theme to have news and information that is exclusively posted on UnitedCardists.com first for the benefit of our users.

Thanks to everyone here in the user community for helping me get these exclusive posts and getting me the opportunity to work with these great people not only to make UC look better, but to actually make UC a first source for "All Things Playing Cards", and you're going to hear that exact wording as our new theme and byline. "You Heard it Here First" is part of the initiative, and "All Things Playing Cards" is UC's new catch-phrase for attracting new users, keeping our wonderful user community here and making certain that everyone knows that if you want to be heard, you come here and look. Actually, not blowing my horn, but I actually have two separate exclusives in the works right now, and over the next few days I hope to post the details, but - keep your eyes and ears open!

I think its a brilliant idea, and UC will become a one stop shop for everything cards, well except for the sale of the cards themselves lol

Could happen, we have our HTTPS (SSL) certificate, but I've never installed it. If we have need of an encrypted gateway I'll do so.

Thanks, Sparkz. I might not be right but I'm vocal, if nothing else. In this case I'm just trying some things that I think will increase our profile and overall appeal.

I know the previous admin chased a lot of people off, primiarilly in the artist/designed/reseller community, but I don't sell cards (for a living, anyway, of course I do as well as trade).
