More room for PMs ("Private Messages") & Friends of UC

Part of the new hosting plan is more storage space available for us, and to be backed up as well. I've already covered the backups (we have 3 levels of backups plus a 4th in that I can download a copy to my NAS on demand), so last night at one of our mod's requests, I increased the amount of PMs that an account can have in their Inbox and Outbox, and did so not just for MODerators, but increased all users storage by 25%. Remember that you don't HAVE to police your messages, but if you don't - the oldest ones get pushed out to make room for new messages automatically. I believe that you can create a spare folder in your inbox to hold important messages. I'll go try that and post a follow-up.

I also unlocked the "Friends of UC" donation thread, some people wanted to comment there, and I didn't really think about it when I did it, just 'locked' it down.
