To Design or Graphic Design or Table Top

I noticed something strange. Out of the top 18 top grossing playing card decks the categories are somewhat divided.

5 are in Design

5 are in Graphic Design

7 are in Table Top Games

and 1 in Nonfiction which boggles my mind.

To me, Playing Cards are Table Top Games. I'm I missing something? Is there an advantage to being in a different category?

I notice Jackson uses only the broad Design category. What if I used the broad Games category. Would I have some advantage?
It seems like if I used Games It would be harder to find me because I think most people are looking for either Video games or Table Top Games.
I think less people check the Games category when searching.

What are your thoughts?

When i search, i search for "Playing Cards". The category matters to me not one bit. In fact, i couldn't tell you what category any of the projects i'm backing are in.

Don't overthink it sprouts... you already spend too much time down the rabbit hole.

I think for your deck, Table Top Games would fit better since the focus is on it being a new type of deck (64 cards).

But I agree with th4mo, I don't think it matters that much.

I'm with those two. I care not one bit where the deck is categorized, just if the idea is good. Also agree that your deck would fit in more with the Table Top category than design for the reason MF stated.
