I just spent about a half hour or so on google trying to find info for this and it's definitely hard. The closest thing I could find was a page that has different card images that all have Aces very similar to yours:
http://www.a.trionfi.eu/WWPCM/decks04/d03829/d03829.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. None were exactly the same though. That link was from this page, the fourth image down (since 1876 - standar joker):
http://www.a.trionfi.eu/WWPCM/WWPCM/usa ... idated.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. Also, this info on Mr. Hart's company, but you probably already found this much:
Samuel Hart & Co.
based in Philadelphia, PA (1844-1871)
from 1844-1849, named "Samuel Hart"
in 1871, was merged into "The New York Consolidated Card Co.", but name was used until 1930
New York Consolidated Card Co.
based in New York, NY (1871-1930)
from 1894-1930, was a seperate part of USPC
in 1930, was merged into Consolidated Dougherty Co. (since 1962 operated as a division of USPC)
Also, if I'm reading the dating chart from Lee Asher's site correctly, I'd guess this deck is either from 1912 or 1932 (leaning towards 1912 though, since in 1930 NYCC merged into CDC). Still really new to card collecting so I could be way off though.

(Dazzleguts seems to be very good at this stuff, maybe she'll see this thread and help out).
Good luck on finding more info!
