It's supposed to be biting you, not grabbing you

For me, it's too early to tell.

Those are the devil's teeth gnawing at his eye.

But does it look good/effective?

The serpent embodied evil power and chaos from the underworld while representing fertility, life, healing, and rebirth.

I like everything about it other than the teeth. No doubt it is just a me thing eg I won't buy a deck with The Eye of Providence on it

We totally get your thoughts on this. We're just sketching out what's in our heads too. It's not a big deal! ;)

Is it normal for me to prefer the hand draft over the actual design? It seems to have lost some depth and excitement. I’m also not a fan of the color selection; it would be great to see more color variants!

I really like your design for the back of the box. The colors and shading are perfect for the theme!

When we were putting this deck together, we were vibing with the whole devil and hell theme, and we knew right away that we didn't want to go crazy with colors. Red and black were our go-to palettes because they scream "hellish" and "demonic." We were super careful not to throw in a bunch of random colors that would mess up the dark, intense mood we were going for. Adding too many bright or random colors would've killed the wicked spirit of the deck. [MURRAY] [MURRAY]

Yo, thanks for digging it! We're totally stoked to cook up some seriously wicked and evil vibes with this deck. [MURRAY]

No problem, dude! Not everyone can vibe with our deck like we do, and that's cool—nothing's flawless.
We're just passionate about making something that reflects our ideas and name. Plus, we've got more deck designs in the works, so hopefully one of those will be more your style! 8-)

Well said!
You have given an excellent answer to this member.

I wonder though why this member writes this comment saying he is not interested... and writes it without any more details... It brings nothing constructive or relevant to the designer or the readers... This member could have just as easily written nothing and it would have certainly been less futile.

This member thought of writing nothing but after contributing earlier to the thread, thought he should explain his departure.

As far as details go - I am a big baby and anything more scary than sugar skulls sees me out.

I agree that Genesis's answer is an excellent one and I meant to 'like it'
Your post however, I find strange.
I expect you will be making dozens of posts from now on criticising every time someone says they are not supporting a campaign or expressing their dislike for a deck

Thanks! We're just sharing what's on our minds.
We get that not everyone will vibe with our design and concept, but we will keep creating more stuff and spreading the word about our brand—that's all we're after! :D

Nah, it's just a chat for us. We just believe that sometimes it's good to respond to others.
