Hi! I'm an artist and I just made my first deck

Hi everyone! I recently found this forum while researching for my upcoming project and I'm happy that I found this wonderful community.

My name Is Santiago and I'm an illustrator. I call myself a fantasy artist first but my biggest claim to fame is my project Lost in the City. This is a compilation of art inspired by an adorable NYC rat exploring the city and enjoying street food, in the form of merchandise (stickers, prints, pins, greeting cards, etc.) that I sell through small gift shops around the city.
I grew up very passionate about playing cards. I wasn't a particularly good performer growing up, so I failed as a magician. But I was a proud owner of a few really cool Ellusionist decks (they were really hard to find in my hometown in Colombia) and I fell in love with the art and the craftsmanship behind the cards.

I'm here to connect with other people who love cards and to learn and get feedback on my projects. I do art as a freelance, so I would be happy to find people to collaborate with on future projects too.

About my Kickstarter:
The Lost in the City deck of cards is a compilation of art from my NYC rat series and it's my most ambitious project so far. I have a few years of experience making and selling art, but this is my first experience with crowdfunding.
The first thing to note is that the deck is meant to be art first and cards second, I replaced the face cards with full illustrations and themed the suits with street food. It's a non-traditional cute deck that is meant to be sold as a souvenir or gift rather than dramatic close-up magic (I'll definitely have some fun making more serious decks in the future too).
I'm very proud of how it tuned out and how well it's doing on Kickstarter. Today it reached its very modest funding goal with 25 more days to go!
