I have the gold, silver, bronze, red, blue, and green luxury NOC's I bought as bargain as my Cartamundi backups. I'd like to buy some more RGBs but they seem to have returned to original prices for now.

I tried working with them for a Kickstarter project and they got offended when I told them I was going to have to use the Kickstarter to fund a print run, and they blew off any further communication. If I ever get a project funded, I'll spend however many hours it takes to do fulfillment myself before ever working with their sorry a**es again. Now I'm not surprised the wrong deck got sent, and I'm not surprised they didn't respond to the email about it.

Still no reply. Apparently this was nothing but a bait and switch. Too bad we don't have an unreliable vendors list the way we have an unreliable Kickstarter list.

Also, they apparently skimped on the glue for the tuck cases because the bottom promptly dropped off of the one I unwrapped, and the bottom is separating from the tuck case that is shrink-wrapped. So not only did they send the wrong decks, they sent defective seconds that they charged $22 a deck for. I sent them a very polite email. I really did. But now I'm going to tell every group and online forum I belong to that houseofplayingcards.com will bait and switch you with defective decks and won't bother replying to a polite inquiry.

Those Murphy blues are especially stiff cards - they hold an honored spot in my collection of stocks

I decided to wait longer on a reply and it came in. Y'all, I'm human. This struck me as particularly frustrating and I vented. But even if I'm feeling upset and think about doing something, I generally wait until I'm sure it's the right option.

I ordered one of the signed deck (since this is his final deck), and lucky this was not a messed up order. This completes my entire NOC collection to date (as I am aware of).

Not that many people here would care, but I am still bummed that he never released the final myNOC deck, which was supposed to be #10.

I got the correct decks, all is well. They turned out really nice. I like the color scheme—the off-white cards combined with the gold foil give them a classy yet understated look.
