European card manufacturers and their card quality

Hi everyone,
I am looking for the best manufacturer for my upcoming custom deck. I'm planning to print between 1,000-5,000 units.

I was wondering if anyone had experience with Noir Arts, Fabryka Kart, Friedmann Print, Piatnik, ASS Altenburger, Fournier, Dal Negro or Modiano in terms of printing custom playing cards?

Also, what is your experience with each of these in terms of card quality? Are you happy with the quality of their cards? What's good or bad about them?
