They really have some nerve... Charging $50 for the Luxury Crowns. And why does every deck they release have to have a "rare" color-changed counter part that's released months later? I don't understand these guys some time...

i can understand your complains.most of you spend a lot of money to get one of
those rare decks when they were released and you had high hopes that those will stay rare.
well to be honest - those special decks had to have at least 1000 decks printed.
so one day or another those have to be sold...like every other new pseudo rare deck.
ellusionist did the same...basically....you had to buy stuff in worth of xxx dollars but more and more
gold arcanes/black ghost 1st edition had been pumped out. those decks values were decreased rapidly.

for the loyal supporting customers a slap in the face for sure -
but they already made their money on you....and the next customer who missed it has now
the chance to get one without strings attached.

in the end the people who got those through promos by buying stuff worth xxx dollars
got them for free.
it will decrease the value for sure.

so who wants to sell the blue crown collection to me for $100? :-D

cosmic: I get what you're saying, but "rapidly" is an exaggeration. Especially when comparing it to this, where the decks are directly sold. E and T11 have usually re-released their "rare" decks over some time, and I think we can all agree that selling the decks directly and then make them available as "spend x amount to get them" is a better and more fair way than vice versa. Doing it the other way around, like TBC is doing now, is a much bigger slap in the face to their customers.

Well, for Pandrea's defense, when the nauticals went on sale, it clearly stated that the white ones were gonna be on sale a while later...

I can understand your frustration and disappointment guys!

Must say I feel pretty happy now that I've never collected decks from Blue Crown :)

During recent inventory checks after relocating our warehouse we discovered a very small supply of some of our most rare and sought-after decks! We can think of no better way to close out the Summer than to offer these decks to our fans!
Are they still using old paper ledgers to document their inventory? How many times are they gonna discover a forgotten/misplaced box of "rare never meant to be available to the public" decks that was hidden somewhere in their warehouse. And just how big can this warehouse be? Not big enough to lose decks of playing cards I bet.

Yeah I missed that also Sharpie, or perhaps they added it in after the fact. I recall being in a similar position with the Snow Owls, buy a brick get one free, then they sold them. Well at least I got 2 White Nauticals with my brick! :D

This is the overview of the warehouse most of the companies use. Naturally, they'll misplace a few decks every now and then.

No, seriously.

Yes, I might be the guy you remember from that thing at that place way back when.
