Both a single deck case and an eight deck case were made.

Clearly they believe that you have to plan early for Christmas

True but the numbers denote their actual iterations of designs, that's why you see some numbers skipped.

Many countries in Europe celebrate Christmas on the 24th.

I like the decks and have the complete series but as a completionist i really hate the numbering on that series. It's : 2,5,8,10,12,14,17,22,24
So far (beside their internal design numbering with many dropped designs) the 24 makes the most sense so far as for christmas on Dec.24th 2024

Christmas is still at the 25th & 26th; even in 2024 .
Why do we exchange presents on the 24th though? Are Europeans simply impatient?
