can someone reassure me about Alexander Shin Seasons?

I placed an order on the website on April 3 and I haven't received a shipping confirmation. Is this the same Alex people seem to be concerned about? If yes, should I request a refund? If no, has anyone got any advice on how I should proceed? I left an ETA inquiry email 2 days ago, and radio silence.

I would be prepared to cancel the payment - that is the same Alex who has gone missing for the time being.

Not sure if there is another person/company he left in charge of running that site that might ship - perhaps someone has ordered from there recently…

Yes, last night I had my love of (and now dedication to) Paypal confirmed as I ordered a camping item and when I got the confirmation (actually only a welcome) and saw the email address, I did the research I should have done before providing my credit card details
So my visa is now blocked by me without any harm except that I really am going to have to cancel the card and go through everything involved with having a new one
