- What are the models and manufacturers of the actual machines used to make the cards?

I'm not sure which of their two factories makes cards, but they're both in China
We operate two key production sites in Dongguan and Heshan, Guangdong with an aggregate factory area of 108,000 square meters. Our production sites are equipped with a comprehensive range of machinery for end-to-end paper product manufacturing including pre-press, printing, post-press processes (such as coating, lamination, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, glittering, die-cutting, binding, envelope-making) and assembly.

Seconded on the Castle deck. It's a great deck and I love the stock.kevork wrote: ↑Fri Feb 23, 2024 1:29 am I recommend anyone considering making playing cards to buy MPC's sample pack: https://www.makeplayingcards.com/design ... ample.html
I have it in front of me and I would honestly pick M30 or M32 for a deck I was making. Unfortunately, they require a MOQ of 1,000. Next best if you want to make a prototype might be to go with the M31.
MPC will release their own decks to showcase some of their capabilities. https://www.kickstarter.com/profile/mak ... ds/created
