Coming to Kickstarter soon.
Our New Project : Devildom
The theme of demons has long transcended its purely cultural or religious symbolism, carrying the imagination of artists and becoming a rebellious, non-traditional, complex, imaginative, and enchantingly mysterious artistic symbol.
Gentle sheep turn out to be incarnations of demons, while gargoyles serve as guardians of churches. In addition to their role in channeling rainwater, the latter are imbued with the symbolic meaning of warding off evil spirits.

havent bought an ARK project yet but maybe. their tucks have been cool as hell but having to buy box sets kills it. we will have to see what their courts look like. i feel that they generally end up looking kind of muddy and blurry.

I'm really liking what they've shown of this so far. The 3d cuts stuff they've done to date have all been pretty awesome. This looks to be as well. Typically they release two different projects at the same time. Assuming that's true again, I wonder what the other will be this time.

This one has textured foiling which you can see if you zoom in. There are a bunch of Chinese decks that employ this technique.

Since ARK is doing this, it becomes superior than those “cheap” gold cards

The Apple of playing cards. If it exists, no it doesn't, because they did it first.

This is a very solid, dependable company based on the experience I have had with them. I like this, and will most likely back. But it will be expensive for sure.

each half of the ''angel back'' looks stunning, however, the middle just looks like they ran out of room, mirrored it and smashed shit together. i would say poor transition but there is no transition.
looks like they just put a banner of sorts on the courts. disappointing. this was looking like it might have been the first ark project for me, maybe even at overpriced box set only prices. guess not.

And I dislike ARK for doing two projects in one kind of format…
It’s like: they make you choose. It's a brand for the deep pockets people - I am out of my league

ARK is really pushing the limits when it comes to trying to put high resolution artwork onto a textured paper. It's likely going to look muddy, but we'll see. I'll be watching from the sidelines.

Love the artwork! I wish there were a way to buy the decks only but I'll still check out the campaign when it launches.

I'd generally agree with that, especially since I'm running out of space for box sets. Still, at $38 for the classic boxed set with 2 decks, that's a pretty great price. It's basically $19 per deck with the box thrown in for free. Considering how tricked out the tucks are, that's a steal.

The artwork is amazing but seeing their previous projects, the level of detail in the art doesn't translate onto the textured cards well enough to be able to maintain the same resolution and clarity. If I could've bought the white Halidom deck and purple Devildom deck on their own, I would've, but I think this time I'll practice restraint and not purchase any of the box sets. I get the pricing on the classic box sets are decent, but space is valuable and I don't necessarily want to go through the effort of trying to sell the black deck and box in order to just keep the white deck. Maybe someone is interested in such a proposition. If so, we can chat.

That's WHAT I keep telling ARK lol... but apparently they never listens LOL. I told them: some collectors prefer to want JUST the decks, cuz they wanted to save spaces. Perhaps their single deck variant of Kinghood and Kingdom didn't pan out OR simply, many people favored sets, so they FORGET about the single deck option.

As per usual, they do not make it easy to choose a pledge - after trying to navigate I tend to end up confused and drop out - we will see what happens…. Should the cheaper sets be nice, and others not frustratingly nicer…
At the moment it looks like the purple deck is the one I like, but will I pay $75 for it - and will others distract me?
