Illustrated by Russell Gray; Produced by Wondercraft; Release date TBD. There will be a foiled and non-foiled version. I'm reminded of The Goldsmith with that color palette and feel.

Lol, that can be interpreted two different ways.

I like what I’m seeing. Better then the goldsmith for my personal tastes.

Just the other day I was wondering who would design this year's 52+Joker deck and thought that Russell Gray would be a good candidate. These look great.

Absolutely. He’d be a great choice.

I've been on the fence for the Goldsmith and I think this has swayed me against CAP.

I'm gonna grab both. Goldsmith is too damn nice to pass up and I really like the direction TGW has been going. I think I'd regret it later if I didn't. These look great too, and I'm really curious to see more.

Thanks for the interest in this deck! Russ has done an amazing job and I can’t wait to show you everything he’s developed. We’re aiming for a Spring 2024 release on these, but I’ll start posting more before then.
As for progress, we’re nearly finished with the card and tuck artwork. Now we’re working on deck seals, boxes, etc.

The Pied Piper promises to be a good one!

Should be noted those are renders. I only say that because the foiling is likely not going to look like that. I'm mentally preparing myself.

Okay, I'll try not to get my hopes too high. But it will be great deck even if it is 10% of the quality compared to the rendering.

Don't get me wrong, the art is phenomenal. I trust Chris will have prototypes and photographs before this project launches. *fingers crossed*
Frankly, I like the art on these more than Goldsmith.

At the risk of necroing the thread, has anyone got any word on this deck and its ETA/availability? I'm a KS gal meself and if it's not being crowdfunded, I tend to miss out on all the goodies

You can subscribe to the topic to get an email if anyone posts in this thread. It can be a great way to get the notification you seek as it's likely we'll be posting about it here. And then if a KS notification link emerges, you can use that.

Kevork - you had “Disable BBCode” checked on that post - fixed
(it was what caused the quote and image to not show correctly)

I must've accidentally pressed that on my phone. That's what I get for posting early in the morning.
Thank you!

Cards look good. I'm not sure where the Pied Piper story fits into the artwork?? I'm not sure if these are better looking than the Goldsmith but I'm sure the price point will be far more reasonable.
