Can't sign up for Portfolio 52

Hi, I've noticed that as of now it is seemingly impossible to create a new account for Portfolio52.

I'm not receiving the Email confirmation email.

I cannot create a account, I cannot login to that account. Just curious if anyone has a workaround or a similar issue.
