Pinky Cut?

Hi all. I'm new here; first post, so please forgive any silly questions.

I've just started to get into cardistry. After a bit of research on where to start, I acquired a couple of decks of Bicycle cards and a copy of The Encyclopedia of Playing Card Flourishes, and I was away. It's taken me nearly a couple of weeks to get relatively skilled at the first two flourishes in the book, the charlier pass and thumb cut. What has really helped me are Youtube videos of the flourishes done up to speed.

However, the third flourish, the "pinky cut", is one I'm really struggling with and I cannot find a video tutorial online at all. Is this particular cut rarely used, or known by another name? I'm finding it rather frustrating as I'm not sure if I'm performing it correctly :?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, so thanks in advance.

I can't remember exactly which one that is, but the name sounds familiar. I'll check my own Encyclopedia when I get home from work today, and I think I have a few companion DVDs around too.

Thanks. If these cards explode all over the floor much more, I think I might lose it!! :x

Actually, I think I may remember it now. If it's the one I think it is, I never got around to getting it right. Looks damn slick when Jerry does it though (just like everything else lol).

Ah well, I'll keep at it then. I'm sure it'll come eventually.
