My messages dialog is EMPTY!

I have been messaging for years in PF52.

I realized last week I had a new message BUT when I tried to check it, the dialog shows completely empty.

I have asked other friends and they can still see their messages. Can anyone let me know why (or even fix) this issue?

I am really frustrated with this.

After writing here and even having emailed Alex, I have received no answer. My inbox has more messages and I cannot answer anything because I cannot read.

Is there any way to contact directly to someone involved in PF52 programming? I honestly don't know what to do
