Welcome! :)

Youtube is full of tutorials, I would recommend starting with the basic one-handed cuts (charlier, thumb cut, scissor cut etc) and maybe some shuffles too.

I'm pretty decent at the Charlier Cut. I have a coach that is teaching me some sleights. I'm looking more for just some basic card handling. I'll look on youtube! thanks for the tip. I've been watching a lot of the bmpoker card reviews and want to be able to do standard stuff that she does . i.e. fanning, giant fan, faroing... that kind of stuff.

Ah, I see. That should be on youtube as well, though the best fanning tutorial I've seen (and the one I used when starting out) is in the Xtreme Beginners DVD. Nobody can fan like Jerry "The Flourishman" Cestkowski 8-)
