Patience, which you mentioned, coupled with vigilance will be the key for pretty much all of these - people will occasionally list some here, and they will pop up on ebay - if at a reasonable price they won’t last long in either location. Check the market here and ebay often - setting email search notifications on ebay will leave a 24 hour hole for the decks to fall through - so don’t count on those to score them for you.

Yeah, I understand that I need to be quite patient with this process. I appreciate your insight Gandalf. I certainly don't mind the journey, as delayed gratification can be quite rewarding.

Unfortunately, I am hoarding a few of those. As I start losing money to pay for my kids' college costs, I might change my position on them.

Interestingly, I had to trade one of my Arabesque Error decks for a Blue Oath. Also, there was no limit on the Arabesque Error decks back when they went on sale. It was honestly just a crazy idea Lotrek came up with to help cover part of the repinting cost. No one really knew if they would sell or how fast. I think it took almost a day to sell out at the time. It seems crazy to think they didn't sell out in a few seconds. The original price was $50. Many just got them so they could open and enjoy them while waiting on their soon to be reprinted Arabseque deck. From my inspection of several examples of each type, I think Lotrek overall improved the registration and quality of the Arabesque gold as comparted to the error deck.

Thanks for the insight, Bradius! I don't know a lot about the history of some items, such as Arabesque Error. And yes, please keep me in mind if anything changes. Right now in my life, I'm single and quite enjoying the hobby in my late 20s, so circumstances are a bit different on my end.

The Lotrek journey is so satisfying. I opened Silk Red last week and Icons Sacred a few days ago. It's amazing to see the progression of his skills whether it be foiling, artistic details, card handling, etc. I have Silk Blue I'm planning to open with friends to include them in the emotional satisfaction. I have all of Arabesque minus the error still in transit from overseas, and somehow the patience with shipping is even more nerve-wracking than the actual quest itself!

I'm also open to more decks beyond these listed, but I'm trying my best to prioritize my desires.

Patience is indeed important. I used to often troll eBay for Lotrek stuff. Once I found a Venexiana Gold on sale with a $200 Buy Now price (that was not abnormally low as it would be now, but was definitely a good buy). I remember staring at the screen for a few seconds processing what I was looking at before jabbing the "Buy Now!" button as fast as I could.
