Side note, is anyone here on the RLLE Facebook group? What's it like?

I've been a member for quite a while. It's a good group. Howard is awesome. The current count of members is 3000, although it feels like only a fraction of that are really active.

I am on it and it is a good resource. I belong to 3 facebook playing card groups and that is mainly what I use FB for.

I like Randy Butterfield's ROME decks better.

I'm not particularly drawn to Brad's overall style - Tough Luck is the only deck I own of his - but I like that he does quality designs on a consistent basis. His tuck boxes and back designs might be his forte.

The group is a roundup of many card collectors and big producers. We share KS projects, discuss about latest releases, doing buy and trades, as well as giving warnings of the red flags in the community. This deck is meant to represent the group. Many of the members here in RLLE are quite the big spenders XD.

TMI: This group is created due to majority of us got kicked away from a VERY BIG group in FB called Playing Cards Collectors Club. That one is a very big group, that majority posts antique decks as well as souvenir decks (ew plastic cards). I am kicked because.... I somewhat triggered a Fontaine sheep: I got reported and I got a warning strike from FB (so triggered much, he is)

Does Native Tongue want to comment on the Instagram post he made claiming that Jackson tried to sabotage his campaign by running a flash sale during the first hour of his Kickstarter? And the next one disparaging Jckson's designs? Yeah I know they are deleted now, but was that really needed?

I think this is not the first time NativeTongue has made such remarks about others, but I couldn't tell you when he's done it before.
The idea of Jackson viewing anyone as a threat is laughable. He doesn't even feel that way about t11's Lord of the Rings deck.

Of course I will.

It was an unfortunate misinterpretation based on previous incidents between us while under a great deal of stress. I am human and think I have rectified things with all involved. Apologies were made directly and we've since moved on. Sorry if any of you had to bare witness. It was a terrible lapse in judgement and honestly doesn't represent who I am. Sorry, guys.

That's a solid comment. I wish more people could own up like that in this day and age of instant karma. I'm impressed.

We're all human :D Thanks for the comment (and I can't wait to get these decks)!

Like Terence McKenna used to say, as humans we don't know enough to be worried.
Congratulations on being funded Brad.

It's probably the better FB group out there, but there seems to be new drama every other week.

That's why I left; and because of the overall attitude of one of the admins.

Mike is Docs? Maybe he does the Vanda- and Brad-thing with resurfacing after dead silence.

It seems like Doc’s disappearing act is what hit Native Tongue so hard - As much as I would like to be angry with him for that, we don’t yet know what happened to Doc, but if he isn’t going through tough luck and tougher times himself he deserves a bunch after this.

Who is Mike? And who is Howard Fraser?

All the details are here. Btw it should have been piqued, not peaked. Also incorrect use of the possessive in it's, should have been its. Minor nitpicks but do show a lack of attention to detail.

Dear Backers,

My sincerest apologies for the interruptions and subsequent delays in our project timeline. I understand the inconvenience and concern this situation may have caused you. Unfortunately, unexpected personal challenges arose, causing a significant reduction in our operational capacity.

I am thrilled to announce that we are resuming our full-time schedule which will expedite the completion of all pending tasks.

I want to address the apprehension regarding the finalization of this project. Rest assured, my commitment to delivering quality outcomes remains unwavering. I have consistently maintained a track record of fulfilling projects, and I intend to sustain this standard without compromise. At present, we have made substantial progress, with approximately 80% of the project accomplished.

Regarding the questions about the quality and color accuracy, I would like to clarify that the majority of these issues stem from suboptimal photographs. The actual product's quality and resemblance to our original renders is remarkably precise and should meet your expectations.

Once more, please accept my apologies for any stress or uncertainty this delay has brought. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated during this time.

Michael McClure
He is also replying to comments:
I'm looking at an alternative for the tuck assembly. I feel like we can get this even quicker if I can outsource the assembly
Please allow me to clarify the structure of our team work on the project. The tasks were allocated according to each member's expertise – myself overseeing production, Brad in charge of the Artwork, and Howard handling the presentation. This delineation of responsibilities was designed to ensure a streamlined process and high-quality output.

Recently, Howard expressed a wish to step down from the project, and we've respected his decision. To maintain continuity and efficiency, I have decided to assume the role of the presenter in addition to my current duties.
I'm working on this. [the coins] I'm going to try and see if we can find something thinner and a little more rugged.

How coincidental that he made the latest update after I sarcastically comment on the page?
And also, a few backers are trying to get Docs into a lawsuit file - perhaps this is why Doc suddenly spring in with an update.

How is it that Howard Fraser was able to cancel his pledge?

He wasn't canceled, he was kicked out of the campaign.

I'm guessing if Howard Fraser can present Ludus Magnus, he can also take back Ludus Magnus. Kidding, connections probably, dude's name is in the campaign, he probably can pull some strings.
