I would suggest changing to Paypal G&S rather than F&F - especially as a new user - for everyone’s protection. There is no reason to go with F&F, just add the extra cost to the price.
It is after all called “Friends and Family” - so if they aren’t one or the other, it really doesn’t apply.

That is the link to a personal Microsoft One Drive account. Not going to work, they need to export to Google Docs or some such. Given that the original post was in March, would suggest they aren't that keen to sell.
