My "Heart health"

Yesterday I had a echocardiogram, and had an appointment with a cardiologist - a followup to review any hearthealth changes since my heart attack of a few months ago.
My echocardiogram results were VERY good, showing that the heart muscle was back up to full strength, which tends to indicate that my attack a few months ago was NOT due to clogged arteries, but due to a weakness in muscle (something sometimes referred to as "broken heart syndrome").
Since the muscle is now back to full strength, this is all good.
My BP and pulse rate were normal, (BP 130/83), and the cardiologist was absolutely gushing about how pleased he was with everything.
Nice to hear good news for a change.
