Hey guys,

Haven't posted on here in a while and kind of forgot about it. Whoops.

But I am currently taking offers on anything in my KWP collection (for the most part).

Here's the list of what I have. If you're interested in anything please shoot me a PM with a reasonable offer and we'll see if we can make a deal!

There have been a few others selling seemingly their entire KWP collections; I'm wondering if the reasons are the same.

I wonder if it has anything to do with the sheer volume of decks that Jackson is putting out combined with the amount of variants and reboots of older decks. Certainly has had an impact on the amount of KWP decks I own and they are by far the highest amount of unique decks I have from any single designer. Pretty much impossible to be a KWP completionist or even close to it.

That said, there are some quite nice decks in that list ;)

The many, many variants that are basically tuck swaps are precisely why I stopped collecting KWP decks. Some are nice, but, jeez, there are just way too many.

Tim:

I would encourage you not to stop collecting KWP decks. I do get your concern, especially having been a sort of KWP completist. Trying to get every variant is beyond my ability as well. I was actually hoping to pick up a Deck the Halls AP, but it was already sold. I have the AP for Sept, Oct and November of that year, so it would have been nice to get the complete AP set. That said, I am not fussed. I have learned to live with my many gaps.

The reason I say not to give up on KWP is that they do produce some stunning decks. In my opinion, Jackson is one of the more talented playing card artists out there. Just picking up the subscription issues you like in there standard variant is worthwhile, if for the art alone. The price for standard decks is really good. I do agree chasing after every variant isn't something many will want to do. That said, this is an amazing KWP collection, with a lot of really tough decks up for sale. It is an excellent opportunity to stock up on missed decks.

Jason: Good luck on your sale. I admit to some minor drooling over the list. :D

My reasoning is more personal then just being tired of KWP. GRANTED, I am kind of over the reprints and lack of creativity of recent. I originally got into KWP because of the great variation of sub decks but this year has been a bit much with all the federal reprints and then all the foil decks. Foil deck every once in awhile would have been cool but the sheer amount of them all at once just got old.

I'm not getting rid of everything. I plan on keeping a lot of my favorites, but everything has a price.
