They are all the same cards with different tucks. If you buy them individually, they send you random colors, but a set will obviously get you the full spectrum.george wrote: ↑Wed Jun 30, 2021 9:52 am Now I'm just confused. The box set looked like 6 decks each a different color, based on the color of the tucks at least. Could the rainbow back be a 7th deck, or are all 6 decks in the box set the same rainbow back just in different color tucks? We'll know soon enough...
Thanks for sharing the pics, I've never bought a DKNG deck before, but this set looks so colorful and fun I may have to.

I think this is something every collector ask themselves at some point. And it's perfectly reasonable to be either or both.
It reminds me when I get that Bicycle Full Moon back then, and i foolishly opened all the editions to find all the cards are the same X.XMagikFingerz wrote: ↑Wed Jun 30, 2021 2:40 pmI think this is something every collector ask themselves at some point. King's Wild Project did pretty much this exact same thing with the re-release of the VHS/1982 deck. They (well, Jackson) tweaked the back of the original VHS "shorts" deck to add a virtual "Be Kind; Rewind" sticker to the image of the VHS tape. Then, he took this slightly modified deck and packaged it in five distinct cases, each one looking very similar to specific brand cases that were popular back in the day. When it was first offered for sale, you could buy a complete set -- each deck having matching seal numbers -- for a couple bucks off. Or, you could purchase the decks individually with your choice of case.george wrote: ↑Wed Jun 30, 2021 10:16 amEvilDuncan wrote: ↑Wed Jun 30, 2021 10:00 amThey are all the same cards with different tucks. Got it, thanks for the confirmation! So it's one single print run, re-tucked 6 different ways. We're all familiar with the classic re-color, but I can't think of decks recently that have been the same cards in just different colored tucks. Maybe the Players editions of the various KW decks, etc.
So the question is, are we playing card collectors or tuck box collectors?![]()
I think it should be easy to tell the difference. The new tucks not only have the rainbow seal, but have embossed (I think) foiled designs. You can see it better on their instagram and below. They look embossed at least, I'm not 100% sure.
Nice! I thought that's what AoP would do, if nothing else, they do have very good customer service. I understand your frustration about the unsealed box set, but at least you now can have an opened deck while still having a whole set of sealed deckslaitostarr777 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 28, 2021 10:14 pm I’ve just got a reply from AoP, they are willing to just send me the green one, free of charge
But then, I have to open the set to get the green in and take the extra blue out. I wonder how to seal it back again
Or…. It can be cased in one of your products! You have a clear archival deck sleeve for this?shermjack wrote: ↑Wed Dec 29, 2021 12:50 amNice! Unfortunately, none of the products I make won't work with the box set, all 6 decks fit perfectly in an X6 and you can display those tucks in their full glorylaitostarr777 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 29, 2021 1:00 am Or…. It can be cased in one of your products! You have a clear archival deck sleeve for this?
I purposefully edited this thread to include it, does it really need its own? I figured this is for any/all DKNG Wheels decksBikefanatic wrote: ↑Tue Feb 15, 2022 8:19 pm I hope this deck gets its own thread but I'll definitely going to get this tomorrow.
Since you put it like that, it makes sense since the decks are in different rainbow colors.hsbc wrote: ↑Tue Feb 15, 2022 11:47 pmI purposefully edited this thread to include it, does it really need its own? Rainbow Wheels, Gilded Editon ($15): Gilded in holographic foil and packaged in a premium holographic tuck box. Due to a minor misprint, these decks never made it to an official release. Although several of the cards feature a small misprint, they are still playable.
I'm surprised these are still for sale.. these have been out on public for months.. guess they haven't gotten much attraction at all..Eric Lee wrote: ↑Mon Aug 15, 2022 11:01 pm For fans of DKNG wheels ,shiny and gilded decks, AOP is having a misprint sale of their DKNG Rainbow Gilded edition for only $15. Very cheap for a Gilded AOP deck.
