I received this deck in the mail today and didnt see a thread for it. It def needs some attention. Golden Deer Casino is the first deck by artist Griffin Hanosh. His style is very reminiscent of Gio's. Like a proto-gio....
Making another comparison to Thirdway, this deck reminds me a lot of the Evil Deck (I believe his first deck?). There is a lot thats good, and there is a lot that needs work
its an MPC deck, so its MPC quality, but for a first time creator, just wow...
I dont know if they are for sale yet, but im proud to have backed this one.

I am always curious when pitching on KS why they don't aim higher with regards to printer. Although to be fair, MPC, WJPC have both improved their stock significanlty.

You know it's a uspcc deck if the goal is up there. The trade is that as a first time creator, you might not know the tricks for a good deck or a successfull campaign. Mpc is a good option for first decks imo. They aren't the best, but they aren't the worst either, you can set a low funding goal and get your name out there. I lost count of how many awesome decks never reached goal because it was too high. People don't like risking a lot of money on first timers. I really like the style of the faces, good mix of interesting and iconic, but the "bodies" are too simple/not enough. Definitely an artist to watch if he continues.

The deck is based on 'Fire Emblem: Three Houses', a video game. Golden Deer is one of the 3 houses (Blue Lions and Black Eagles being the others).
