Interesting style but overall not enough for me to consider them good or even to open my wallet.

Looks good! I’ll be there at launch.
Thanks for the pics, since I hadn’t seen any card art yet.

I like the artwork. But I also think this is the year that foil on cards jumps the shark. It's not there yet, but it's not far off. My prediction for the next trend: UV ink.

Funny, I really like Riffle Shuffle's more "clean" decks like Explorer or Adventurer. These detailed decks just don't do it for me. This design reminds me a LOT of the MADE decks by Crooked Kings.

UV ink is more expensive than foil so I'd hold that bet. Gilding is the thing where you can milk the crowd 🥛😏.

I backed for now to get an Early Bird. Still on the fence for this one, though.

I agree to a point. Riffle Shuffle to me has made a name for themselves in that "clean vector" deck style, which i really enjoy. These to me harken back to an era of engravings (like the London Illustrated News), and if thats what they are going for they did a fantastic job It speaks to me not just of an art style, but also of a culture and method that technology has taken the place of. The combination of that "clean vector" art with the complication of engraving is, from what i have seen so far, just really well done. I wouldnt have expected this from them TBH. Complicated yes, but also in a way somewhat historically accurate. I'm in for a set.
