Are playing cards not already portable?

If you want a travel deck, the Air Deck does a better job IMO. Smaller isn't always better.
Also, why would they make something this small and then put it in a plastic box that's almost twice as big?

Was just thinking the same. I like small cards, but at least make a real tuck. Its like in some cheap oversized plastic box. So weird.

The curious thing to me is their marketing of the product upon the campaign page. They are making the choice of showing something without much detail put in vs something smaller that is far more interesting to look at, a US Quarter. I understand they're trying to show off the size but when the item they're using as comparison steals the show... yea, should rethink what's on offer and re-evaluate the design entirely. Maybe try to show it off vs a cotton ball? could help.
Small form factor? Okay, fine. Lacking of an appealing design? Lowering the bar and the appeal. Lack of a fitting tuck box or container? They just pulled the rug out from under their own feet. It doesn't stand up vs a very common item because they're not filling the space they have in any meaningful way.
(Imagine how bad they would look vs more fun currency) It's just font work and rather plain at that.
(Yes I understand fonts can perform) Regardless it doesn't matter. I'm not the target audience for this product. I hope it succeeds so I can watch a video of someone trying to shrug off buyers remorse and convince themselves this is interesting.

This is actually the third tny campaign. I have no clue why the company seems to have changed names and is acting like this is a first?

And thus, all above are reasons not all Kickstarter projects should be posted here...

I see it as a good thing that these red flags are pointed out and highlighted. Not all publicity is good publicity.

Some people (like my toddler) think if they close their eyes problems disappear ...

To be fair, I backed the very first campaign and had no issues, they're exactly as described. The cards came in a tiny tuck, not a badly-sized plastic container though...

Thanks I thought that perhaps you had backed one of the campaigns. This is a challenging deck to remember on it's own from a couple years ago without some form of investment. Glad you got a tuck too!

Personal Note: Good novelty deck, no practical use. They are well designed, good stock it seems. The plastic case would be better replaced by an actual tuck as the plastic shell is really tight. 5/10
