Re: Project of artistic playing cards "King of Poker"
Hellos and welcome to UC. The first thing I think of when I see this design is that I would never use this for poker. The easy to mark colored border, one way back and not so at a glance friendly pips on the indices create challenges toward poker use.
As a deck of playing cards (not pointedly for poker use) I think there is still demand by those who like skull art. I prefer it when courts are of similar proportion, gives the deck a more polished feel and continuity that I enjoy. This has bold color along the card border and I feel like the tuck would be stronger and reflect the deck better if it wasn't black. Pulling some of the parchment color used in from the card back could help the tuck stand out.

TL:DR It's completely up to you.

I actually like playing cards.
