Looking for answers
Ordered a deck from UC back in May and getting the run around ever since. Is this normal for this site? Anyone know who I can talk too? Iv reaches out to the admin on their IG and they said it was accidentally not sent, this was early August. Now they are completely ignoring communication and we are almost two weeks into September.
