I do not think these look too bad but the pricing combined with MPC being the printer will keep some away from backing.

Backs have a Mint feel. Pricing is high for standard courts. Low deck numbers don't make it collectible.

An interesting campaign to be sure. The tiers make offers of playing cards up to bracelets even. I hadn't seen anything like that happening before on a campaign really. Very interesting.

+1 I'll pass.
I like the pattern of the back though. More than the Mint back design. The two thin lined squares throw me off a little.

Thank you so much for your comment, to respond to the price we assure you that we put the minimum we could the deck will present two effects on the box (gold foil and Hight gloss) cost us a bit and the quality of the cards was the best that the MPC could offer. However I want to point out that the price on offer of the single deck at 13 Euro and the other combined rewards ended on the first day. We have available the offer for the half brick where the single deck costs 11 euros, I think it is a very affordable price for what we offer of this deck. Other combinations with the bracelet one thing of its kind. I hope you can understand and appreciate our work. Thank you

We are so pleased that you have appreciated our project and the peculiarity of the bracelet. In fact, we launched this novelty in this world where we explain the small story of how this unique element was born. We hope you can support us very much. Thank you very much

I think this is a very classy deck and I agree it gives off a Mint vibe. I have always enjoyed the Scriptina font and it is well-used for the project title. Also, I think your pip designs and Aces are ornate and appealing without being too complicated.
Please keep in mind when you say "All Custom", you might get some push back. While your court cards may have added highlights around the inner-pips, these are considered standard courts to collectors so that claim is not entirely accurate. That being said, best of luck with your campaign!

We wanted to thank you for your thoughts on the deck, you were able to observe the sense of the aces. To respond to the rest of the message, I want to explain that we tried to give an 'aesthetic balance to the deck so as to please all types of fans of magic. The faces have all been modified, (even if some like the figures) have remained unchanged we have refined some defects and we have changed some colors in the design inserting also some hidden symbol. This is because having to create a deck even for those who want to do card tricks can make the viewer understand what paper it is, the same for those who practice cardistry or blooms the back and quite satisfactory, while the box with its elegant design and double effect of shine and was made for those who wanted to keep it on their shelf. The most difficult thing about the project was to create an aesthetic balance and I hope you can appreciate this.

I noticed this deck when searching online for Lotrek playing cards, when looking at Instagram this deck kept coming up because they were tagging Lotrek in the posts. This made me think Lotrek had a hand in making this deck, maybe you didn't intend for that but that is how I took it. Then when it went live on KS it was clear he had no part in this at all. I could have gotten past that but what made my decision for me was when i found out that (@enzoalfano90) is a co-creator for this deck. So, because of this comment from you to me:

Are you accusing me of something? How dare you talk about me for no reason? I believe that the world of collecting is being burned by people like you.
.... ya I will pass. Good luck on your kick-starter

I do find it a bit odd that both collaborators, Dario and Enzo, are using the #lotrek tag. While it's not exactly tagging Oath PCC in their post, it is linking the project to a tag dedicated to Lotrek's decks, which is confusing and, admittedly, a bit misleading.
I think anyone who travels to the campaign page will see it clearly is not a Lotrek deck so the confusion should be cleared at that point. Oxalis is a nice magician's deck, so I don't think it needs to be associated with Lotrek at all to succeed. Definitely an unfortunate response by the co-creator. While we can't necessarily see the exact discussion, I do see some merit in asking why Lotrek is being attached to this project in any way.

We are very sorry that you have personal problems related to the co-founder, and for this reason you want to act also against a very worked project. You can very well report what happened but we advise you to inquire privately with us before taking action for personal problems. A collaboration can be in the campaign but we certainly won't talk about it here with you, only that we don't know if this collaboration will be made depends very much on the campaign. Thanks anyway for the comment and your keen observation.

Attention seeking and hashtag overkilling... unfortunately not uncommen since the rise of search engines and social media.
It's like those eBay listings that sell a deck of fontaines but in the title it has "FONTAINE, 1ST, DAVID BLAINE, ANYONE, RARE SOLD OUT".
This was exactly the reason why I didn't share this project here although I've come across it on instagram prior.

In addition, to complete this campaign, we decided to create something for true collectors, an extra limited edition of "Oxalis", with only 200 copies. As you read, for this edition The box will be printed by one of the world’s largest ( collector’s) playing card designers and manufacturers, namely Lotrek.
LOL, "one of the world’s largest playing card designers". Should have been "greatest" I guess. But never seen Lotrek in person so not really sure.

I have just about every Lotrek deck and tuck that he has made, especially since I have taken notice of Lotrek. However, I probably will make an exception in this case. I guess it depends on the cost and such.

TL:DR Card back
Funding
I'm on the fence with this deck myself and I've been wondering what it is that has me feeling this way. I think honestly it's the card back. It's an update to the original kickstarter and in some ways it is superior. Then in many other ways it certainly is not. I like what is being attempted here, don't get me wrong. I just don't believe this is the best way to go about it. It's a spacing issue you see? The lines want to be clear, they want to be clean but they're staggered after the break in design. This is somewhat off putting to me in terms of eye feel. Perhaps this is the point of the design, it could very well be that they want their would be customers to experience this staggered line. I struggle with it.
It is interesting to me that they aren't showing the number cards much because these pips are nice. They're better than nice actually, they're good. The heart in particular is quite good. I'm pleased they will fund this deck. I think they have struggled with it and it's good to see that their dream will become a reality. I also like the stretch goal they have to unlock an Oath made tuck box for a couple hundred decks. That's cool, I like seeing the work being spread around and more people being able to make a couple euro's.
I don't know that I will be a backer for this deck but I am a supporter of the effort involved. I just struggle with the card back. That slight offset is not for me. We'll see.

I hesitantly backed for now, but I may cancel my pledge for the following reason alone:
The tuck case says "
For Real Collectors".
Seriously?

Pretentious af but I guess I just don't like it because I'm not a real collector...
... of decks with nothing to offer besides standardish cards.
Spaming via DM on instagram is another reason for me to pass. I'm out before I was ever in.

I agree about the for real collectors comment on the tuck box.
The comment on the tuck is off putting. Judging my collection or ability to be a collector based upon having this in it or not. Not a cool move really.
It would have been a better option to have made a comment about something more subjective I think. Like some "Refined taste" comment. The kind of cat food commercial nonsense that gets folks to bay an extra 10% for the same stuff in a can.
I've decided to not back this deck because of that card back. It's just, I don't even appreciate the stagger and that makes it a
No thank you. It's a low quality move that doesn't make any sense to me. By low quality I mean just that. That's a not a high quality design due to that irritating stagger. It isn't clean but it sure wants to be doesn't it? Plays at being elegant and plays at being more than it is, however when one introduces an obnoxious and needless stagger it becomes less than.

I'm not a fan of Spam. I'm not a fan of Insta-Spam.
(I think it must be freeze dried.) I'm not a fan of spam in any form. These fellas here, who keep making strange moves, they're making a name for themselves in a negative sense with that kind of practice. This concerns me to be quite honest. I don't believe I would support folks who keep doing weird crap. It lowers the whole belief in them for a person like me. Thanks for letting us know about this.

To change the subject on the Lotrek hype tuck...why if there are only 900 was a numbered seal a stretch goal? Why not make it an automatic?
