Re: Freakshow Playing Cards
Took me a gander at the link provided, interesting. I can see someone had a lot of fun creating these. Unfortunately for my taste I find this to be a little, odd. Not in an oddity kind of way but in a disconnected sort of way. The tuck's nice and it would be great for some... thing... other than a freak show. I like stars and radiating lines as much as the next card lover, don't get me wrong. I like the design on the tuck and the card back. It just doesn't feel... freaky, at all even. Doesn't even feel big toppy to me. Again I like the tuck and card back, sans the word freakshow on it. As for the courts, art is subjective. Great deck for those who enjoy the disconnected tuck, card back and theme. I don't think it's celebrating anything though.
I'd like to remind folks of a little deck called Sideshow from five years ago, pretty sure it was 2015. Theme connected tuck, card back, card faces all along the side show theme. What this calls freaks I guess hmm celebrates rather. That deck has a place in my collection, Sideshow, really a good deck and one of the few non textured decks in my collection. I'm going to go ahead and pass on this "Freakshow" though, I don't see the celebration. Hey art is subjective as I said and really this is... Great for those who like this one!

Re: Freakshow Playing Cards
Got a quick look at these, was not really a fan. They were just kind of lackluster to me, but I could definitely see people enjoying these. The one downside to releasing this deck this year is that the Circus deck absolutely crushes this deck when it comes to the artistry.
