UC Deck Sales

Has anyone purchased anything recently from UC Deck Sales? Is it still run by Mike Ratledge? I bought 2 No. 17 Prototypes from the site, took a month to get a shipping label/tracking, and the decks weren't sent out for another month. Figured COVID is a pretty good reason for the delays, so didn't bother with asking for updates or communication, but both decks arrived with corner dings due to being packaged a bit loose in a small flat rate box. Tried e-mailing and sending a message on UC, but there's been no response. Just want to work with someone so I can get an undamaged deck.

So, a follow-up: Mike replied to my message stating that all the No. 17s left might be like this

but that he would check to see if any were in better shape, to which I replied "thanks! would love to see pics and pick up an undamaged one." That was the last I heard from him, which was about a week ago.

And then on Saturday, June 6th, he posts an ad in "New and Custom Decks" offering a free deck w/ purchase of 2 No. 17 Prototypes, and now they're sold out. So... I guess I was just ignored. I waited patiently for 2 months to receive 2 decks that were not packaged very well and arrived dinged. My concerns were ignored and the rest of the decks sold off with an incentive that was not offered to me, when apparently I was the only one who wanted to buy these decks in the last couple months. It seems intentional, but why? Anyways, that's my experience purchasing from UC Deck Sales. *Disappointed

*edit: Late update, but Mike explained the situation, and in the grand scheme of things, at least I got my decks, even though they showed up a little more worse for wear than I had hoped. No hard feelings

Wow, i didn't know about the incentive too! I also ordered 2 V.0 on 08 of May, they arrived yesterday. Still i'm luckier than you, my decks are not dinged or anything.
I was quite ignored during the process too, asking for tracking number after 20 days but have no respond. Still, it's good that the decks came at last .
